Queenie has spent over a decade in Human Resources, reviewing thousands of resumes, conducting countless interviews, and hiring talent across industries. But one challenge kept surfacing — many fresh graduates, though academically qualified, lacked the skills and confidence to thrive in real-world hiring environments.
